Parag M. Doshi, 47, of West Windsor, NJ, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Ruby Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Pooja & Services will take place on Thursday, August 10th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at The Crematory at Holy Cross Burial Park 840 Cranbury South River Road (Cty Rd. 535) in East Brunswick. Born in Maharashtra, Munbai, India to Madhukant T. and Pratibha Doshi. Parag had a Masters Degree in Engineering and worked as a Software Engineer with Nokia Network and Technologies. Parag was also the owner of Jay Kay Wines and Liquors.
Surviving are his beloved wife Rupal Doshi, 2 daughters, Neki and Isha Doshi, Parents-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Harshad Kotadia, Sister and brother-in-law Rajesh & Pinky Mehta (India), brother, Sameer Doshi, sister-in-law, Prem Doshi and nieces, Riya Mehta, Aneesha and Aarya Doshi.Parag is also survived by many loving friends and will be missed by all.
