Obituary for Winfield F Conklin
Winfield "Winnie" Conklin of Landing, NJ died on March 2, 2020 at Morristown Memorial Hospital.
Winnie was born on November 5, 1949 to Wayne and Dorothy Conklin. He graduated from Dover High School and served in the Marine Reserves. Winnie spent a majority of his life residing in Landing with his life companion, Andrea Kyle, and was a loving stepfather to Donald Del Vecchio, Kelly Tufano, and the late Tracey Kyle-Skinner, and a loving grandfather to Ashley Wagner, Nicholas Del Vecchio, and Samantha Kyle. He previously owned the Ten Pin Pizzeria in Ledgewood and more recently worked for the Lenape Valley Regional School system.
Winnie was also survived by his sisters, Elaine Madison, Diane Miners, Lauri Geodeke, and Brenda Cinton, his brothers, Alan Conklin, Darren Conklin, and the late Randy Conklin and 10 nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Sunday, March 15th from 2 pm to 6 pm at the Black River Barn, 1178 Route 10 West, Randolph NJ.
