Shaileshkumar Bhanuprasad Patel passed away suddenly on Monday September 26, 2022 at a hospital located in Isleworth, England. He is survived by his wife Paulomi Patel; to whom he was a devoted husband to for over 40 years, his two sons; Vishal and Bhargav to whom he was a doting and proud father and his new daughter-in-law; Sarah Pipps to whom he arguably loved more than his boys. He is further survived by his two younger brothers Jatin and Hiren Patel to whom he adored and was fiercely protective of.
Shailesh was born in Mombasa, Kenya in 1956. As a young child he moved with his family to Nadiad, India in 1969. During his formative years in India he grew into a bit of a rebel and a thrill seeker. In 1977, the family made another big move, this time to the United States. In 1981, while visiting London, England he met his wife-to-be and they were married shortly afterwards.
Shailesh was a boisterous, energetic and outgoing man who loved fiercely and lived loudly. His love for hot and spicy foods was balanced by his indulgence for ice cream. He was always the life of the party and will be missed by many.
