Our Family is sad to announce the passing of our beloved Phyllis Jagernauth.

Anita Jagernauth of Somerset, NJ passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 22, 2022. She was born in Guyana, S.A, on January 5, 1945. and is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Ivan Jagernauth, their children, Stephen Jagernauth, Karen Webb, Suzanne Coughlin and Jacqueline Jagernauth and their five grandchildren, Samantha, Nicole, Katarina, Margaret and Jake. She was preceded in death by both of her parents, a sister and four brothers and survived by one sister and 2 brothers.

A self-taught seamstress, she made just about anything including wedding gowns. She migrated to this country in 1982 for her children's education and proudly succeeded. She enjoyed cooking immensely; her family, gardening and international travel were her other passions.

As a private person she has requested a simple cremation and in lieu of flowers please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store as we would like donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
