The Rahoche Family is heartbroken to announce the passing of their beloved Nicholas A. Rahoche.

In loving memory of Nicholas A. Rahoche, 79, of Colonia NJ, who passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
Nicholas Rahoche was born on December 20, 1941 in Linden, NJ. After his service in the Army's 82nd Airborne Battalion, he worked as a machinist at Russell Stanley Corporation. On June 27, 1964 he married Frances Oetes. They raised their son Scott and three daughters, Jennifer, Marie and Amy.
Nick could always be found working on a project. He loved the outdoors. He was an avid gardener, enjoyed feeding the birds as well as hunting and fishing.
Nicholas is preceded in death by his parents John and Mary, his son Scott and his brothers John and Theodore. He is survived by his wife Fran of 56 years, his daughters Jennifer, Marie (Brad) and Amy (Andrzej), and grandchildren Kaitlyn, Jessica, Ryan and Owen and many other loved ones.
A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Evangel Church (1251 Terrill Road, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076). Family and friends can gather in remembrance from 9:30-10:30am; Memorial Service to follow at 10:30am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association: www.alz.org or St. Jude Children's Hospital www.stjude.org.
A Private Family Viewing will be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Funeral Home
2050 Rt. 130 in North Brunswick, NJ 08902. Cremation will take place on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at The Crematory at Holy Cross Burial Park in East Brunswick, NJ.
