Obituary for Maruti Wagle

The Wagle family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend, Maruti Vishwambhar Wagle. Maruti passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at RWJ Hospital in New Jersey with loved ones by his side.
~~~~~~
Maruti is survived by his wife, Manisha Wagle, two daughters, Minoti Dhanaraj and Manali Gupta, sons-in-law, Ramesh Dhanaraj and Ankur Gupta and grandchildren, Mira, Zahara, and Rajiv. He was born in Mumbai, India and immigrated as an engineering student to the US in 1970, initially to New York. He lived a rich and full life as a husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend in various cities around the US including Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Texas to name a few and most recently moved to New Jersey for retirement and to be closer to family. He was a Civil Engineer by profession and loved listening to or reading the news at every moment he got. He had the most impeccable memory for facts and dates of anyone we know. Always considering others before himself, Maruti will be best remembered for his tremendous generosity and unwavering loyalty to his family, both in the US and back in India. He loved and adored his 3 grandchildren deeply and his heart and soul will live on through us and them.
In Loving Memory of Maruti Wagle, we invite you to join us for the service and cremation in person or online (details below) to guide his soul on this journey and celebrate his life. We pray to God for his departed soul to rest in eternal peace and give strength to his family members and loved ones to bear this tremendous loss.
