Laila Matta, 106, of East Brunswick, NJ passed away peacefully on Monday, June 26, 2023.
Beloved Wife of the late Fahmy Anis Matta

Cherished Mother of Sohair, Saad, Emil, Sobhy, Mervat, Amal and the late Albert and Janet Matta
Cherished Mother-in-Law of the late Monir Yany, the Late Ansaff Matta, Samira Shawki, the late Mamdooh Melaka, Murad Elsharkawi, Samira Awad, and the late Onsy Zekry
Cherished Grandmother of Nermeen, Hany, Marian, Hanaa, Eva, John, Meghan, Stephanie, Veronica, Christine, Sylvia, Sandy, Mina, and Melika

There will be a CONDOLENCE SERVICE on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 starting at 7:30pm until 9:00pm at St Mary Coptic Orthodox Church, 433 Riva Ave, East Brunswick, NJ 08816
The FUNERAL SERVICE and Prayers will be on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 10:30am at St Mary Coptic Orthodox Church, 433 Riva Ave, East Brunswick, NJ 08816 following the DIVINE LITURGY of the Believers which shall start promptly at 8:00AM.
The INTERMENT will be at Franklin Memorial Park located at 1800 Rt 27 (Corner of Cozzens Ln), North Brunswick, NJ 08902 immediately following the funeral prayers.
May the Lord repose her soul in peace in the Heavenly Jerusalem in the bosom of our Fathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
