Obituary for Hanuman Yeshwant Ajgaonkar

The Ajgaonkar Family announces the passing of their beloved Hanuman Yeshwant Ajgaonkar.
~~~~~~
Hanuman Yeshwant Ajgaonkar, 81, of Monroe, NJ, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021. Born is Calangute, Goa, he made Mumbai his home. He studied law and then went on to become a Accounting Manager at Air-India. Despite his disability he lived life to the fullest & independently. After the demise of his beloved wife he spent all his time raising his grandkids (Mandar & Nalin) in Monroe, NJ whom he saw off to college this year. He was dearly known as “Abba” since Mandar & Nalin could not pronounce “Ajoba” or Grandpa. He had an impeccable sense of dressing and was arguably the most handsome “Ajgaonkar” often mistaken to be his son (Yeshwant)’s elder brother due to his skin tone and wrinkle free skin till date. He loved music, fish & sweets !! Dimentia slowed him down recently but he still celebrated his 81st birthday by cutting & savoring his favorite chocolate cake and in the company of family & close friends (Singhs & Thukrals).
He is survived by his son (Yeshwant), daughters (Shama & Hetal), son-in-law (Shripad), his two younger brothers (Laxmidas & Ramprakash), nephews/nieces, friends and our dog (Max) who would often sneak up and lick him up at every opportunity.
We pray to God for his departed soul to rest in eternal peace and give strength to the family members to bear the loss of their beloved father, grandfather, brother & uncle.
